She received an invitation to play with several well-known boogie woogie pianists, including Axel Zwingenberger, Ben Waters, and Stride pianist Neville Dickie, at the Boogie Woogie Dinner, which was hosted by Jools Holland in May 2016. She performed at the esteemed Ascona Jazz Festival in July. Later on, at Boisdale, where Jools Holland was again the host, she was nominated for “Best Boogie Woogie Pianist of the Year”. She had another performance on December 12 at the 2016 Cigar Awards, where Charlie Sheen and Kelsey Grammer were among the attendees. Together with Silvan Zingg, she performed in festivals in Switzerland and overseas (France, Spain, Germany) in 2016. The first time they performed together was on their four-handed CD “Beloved Boogie Woogie” at the International Boogie Woogie Festival in Lugano on April 22, 2017.

She received an invitation to participate in the world’s largest Boogie Woogie Festival at La Roquebrou in France in August 2017.

At the age of fourteen, Ladyva began to play the piano. Her inspiration came from the great boogie woogie masters’ music. She started performing with her brother Pascal Silva just two years later. Heitere Festival Zofingen, ZDF Fernsehgarten, Glanz und Gloria, and numerous additional TV appearances ensued throughout Switzerland. In the Dominican Republic, her second home, where she made appearances on more than thirty well-known TV series, she has also found success. Ladyva released her debut album in 2009. She appeared at the esteemed Blues Festival Basel (Switzerland) the following year, 2010, and in 2011 she secured a record deal with Universal Music.
