She received an invitation to play with several well-known boogie woogie pianists, including Axel Zwingenberger, Ben Waters, and Stride pianist Neville Dickie, at the Boogie Woogie Dinner, which was hosted by Jools Holland in May 2016. At the age of fourteen, Ladyva began to play the piano. Her inspiration came from the great boogie woogie masters’ music. She started performing with her brother Pascal Silva just two years later. Heitere Festival Zofingen, ZDF Fernsehgarten, Glanz und Gloria, and numerous additional TV appearances ensued throughout Switzerland. In the Dominican Republic, her second home, where she made appearances on more than thirty well-known TV series, she has also found success. Ladyva released her debut album in 2009. She appeared at the esteemed Blues Festival Basel (Switzerland) the following year, 2010, and in 2011 she secured a record deal with Universal Music.
